The word "Parameters" refers to the settings, or behavior, of a device on the WisDom System. For example, to change the way your keyfob buttons behave, you would go to Keyfob Parameters.

The abbreviation "U/D" stands for Upload/Download, which refers to the WisDom's programming software.

Zone
The word "zone" refers to a sensor/detector. When programming, remember that each "zone" represents ONE sensor/detector. You may want to label your sensors with their zone number using a pencil as you program them to avoid mixups.
